I will miss you terribly-you truly will be mourned. I admired and valued your opinions through the 20 years we had known each other. I will miss all the "shop talk." Susan Bordun - Posted by: Susan Bordun (friend) on: Mar 07, 2013

Whenever planning a business trip to Winnipeg, visiting Marty was always one of the stops I looked forward to. We shared a passion for the bike, although Marty took that to a higher level than I did. I regret never having the opportunity to ride with him, but feel lucky to have known him. Rest in peace my friend, you will be missed. - Posted by: Roland Watier (Business Associate & Friend) on: Feb 28, 2013

Marty, I will miss you so very much. I loved our conversations regarding family we shared and your love of the sport. I will pray for your family that they will be strong at this time and that they will appreciate all you did for so many. I know that this person was loved and was the soul mate of a beautiful woman who spoke so highly and lovingly of him that it always made me dream of magic and the ever after....their love and respect for each other was rare. He may be gone but while he was with us, he was abundantly loved. - Posted by: Vi Sharma (Friend) on: Feb 22, 2013

So very sorry to learn of Marty's passing but he had been doing what he always loved to do in the winter. He was a great friend to me at the RehFit for many years and we sure could argue and disagree on lots of things but we always knew where we stood with each other----even when he and celia called it quits---he did not get off the hook with how I felt---he will be missed and I will miss him asI think of him when I go passed the store---my thoughts and prayers go out to each one of you. - Posted by: Betty AnnHossack (RehFit friend and designed a gold braclet for me) on: Feb 22, 2013
