Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHENRY KLASSEN WIEBE January 11, 1928 - February 8, 2013 Henry Wiebe passed away peacefully in Calgary, AB after a lengthy illness. Beloved spouse of Margaret, he is survived by his children Shirley (Paul) Lafrance, Ken (Noellie) Wiebe, and Chris (Cliff) Ivey; stepchildren Richard (Carol) Siemens, Stanley (Cordula) Siemens, Beverly (Bruce) Campbell, and Carrie (Brent) Keough; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and seven siblings (spouses). He was predeceased by his first wife Rose, and his brother Peter. Friends and family are invited to remember Henry on Friday, March 8, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at Portage Avenue Church, 1420 Portage Avenue.

Grandpa Wiebe's place in Kola Manitoba was always a blast for my brother and I. We enjoyed going there so very much and looked forward to it every time. Some highlights were swimming in the dugout when it was first made, which with along came playing with the frogs and other animals (minus the coyotes of course), dirt biking on the race track, visiting the other cousins, bird watching, playing frisbee and eating smores by the fire discussing life issues with my ever so wise grandparents. I could go on with my list of awesome memories because there were so many, however too many to list. My Grandpa was very funny and I knew a visit with Grandpa Wiebe always meant fits of laughter and learning new funny German words to brighten my day. I love you and miss you Grandpa.
