Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOROTHEA MARGARET WELTER (nee SCOTT) May 10, 1911 - February 23, 2013 Dorothea was born in Brandon, MB, to Robert and Nancy Scott. In 1953, she moved to Calgary with her husband Elton Leroy Welter. She was predeceased by her husband; her six sisters and brother. Dorothea was especially devoted to the children of her two sisters Jean Fletcher and Kathleen Mark and is fondly remembered by them. She was everybody's favourite Aunt.
