Rick was predeceased by his parents, Grace and Norm Dow. Rick is survived by his daughter, Katrina, his brother, Michael (Adria), sisters, Aleta and Jennifer (Greg), niece, Kirsten and nephews, Brandon (Hiromi) and Reed. Private family service was held. I first met Rick when I was an FSS in Thompson Mb in 1980/81. He was just down the road in Lynn Lake Mb doing the same job. We lost contact over the years, but a few years ago, we picked up via e-mail contact.
