I met Albert waaaayy back in the early 70's (73 or 74?) and had some wild times and made the most of long weekends :D ……. back in the 70's. I was in roommate in the mid-80's for a few years and he/we had kinda calmed down by then :) I was around when he met the, soon to be, absolute love of his life, Michelle and, well, what can I say, I think Michelle has to be known as the "Albert (or Earl to some of you) Whisperer" :) I never saw him happier. I moved away from Winnipeg in 1992 and came around to see Albert and Michelle which became less frequent sadly, for me, cuz he was "what the Brits would call" a real mate :) He would give you the shirt off his back which, luckily, I never needed and, besides, it would be way too small ;). And, I really do have to apologise in being so very late in writing this tribute to one of the best lads I've ever known. My condolences to the entire Argle clan, to Michelle's family and to all the folks in and around Winnipeg who were lucky enough to know and have Albert (Earl) Argle as a friend :) Cheers …. jack Simpson - Posted by: Jack Simpson (old …. really old …friend ) on: Jun 04, 2014

He lived his life to the fullest, and he did his very best. I am proud of him for pressing on, even when it hurt. He will always be the best grandpa to my children. His entire family will live on in his honor. We shall keep the memories happy, and not make them sad. R.I.P. Dad for you are in the heavenly presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. You are in good company, and pain-free. xoxo - Posted by: Karen Cloutier (Daughter) on: Mar 22, 2013

I worked with Albert in R.E.T.S.D. for many years. He was a great guy to work with and learned many things from him. Rest In Peace Brother. - Posted by: John Cox (Co-Worker) on: Mar 21, 2013
