When our father was was alive Mr. Ziegler would always have a drink with him before leaving with his order. Mr. Ziegler was a wonderful and entertaining character. He would tell stories about the people he coached in sports, many of who we know. He was so proud of his family and that showed in the way he talk about them. Again he was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed - Posted by: Judy, Ed,Marion Howard,Susie and the Peking Staff (Friends) on: Apr 26, 2013

Mr. Ziegler was my hockey coach at Crescentwood CC in the "70's". Looking back, he was so very supportive and he loved all "his kids". He was demanding at times but taught us all so much about the game which in turn helped out later in life. Winning was nice but was not what iT was all about, it was having respect for the other players and having fun! I can heAR you hollering out names!....You taught me to get up and keep working Kurt, you made a differance in my life, Thanks. You will be missed. - Posted by: Michael Berard (Friend) on: Mar 28, 2013
