BRIAN FREDERICK BARKER With heavy and broken hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Brian Frederick Barker on Wednesday, March 20, 2013. We would like to extend a special thank you to the emergency first responders and the hospital staff at the Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, B.C. for their thoughtfulness and compassion. As per Brian's wishes, there will be no service. A gathering of friends and family will be announced at a later date. Anyone so wishing may make a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

  • I am saddened and shocked to hear of Brian's sudden passing. I remember the group of us chummed around at HiC youth during high school.
