ALFRED BOND It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Mr. Alfred Bond on Monday, March 25, 2013 at Grace Hospital. True to form, Alfred's spirit was strong to the very end when he passed peacefully to once again meet with his wife Hannah, relatives and friends. Alfred will be missed by all those who knew and enjoyed his zest for life, his kind heart and strong gentleness. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service who went above and beyond to ensure his comfort, to the staff of Grace Hospital and Oakview Personal Care Home for the excellent care they provided to "The Chief" during his stay in their respective facilities. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the The Masonic Foundation of Manitoba Charity. In celebration of Alfred's life, a social gathering will be held at his residence in April. Date and time to be announced.
