Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDWARD SKRZENTA July 19, 1923 - March 23, 2013 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear husband, father and grandfather, Edward Julian Skrzenta, aged 89 years, on Saturday March 23, 2013, at Golden Links Lodge Personal Care Home. Ed leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 63 years, Lena, his children, Stan (wife Judy), Christine (husband Majid) and grandchildren, Dustin, Daniel and Paula. Ed was predeceased by his parents, John and Maria, sisters Leona and Helen and nephew, Stan Majka. Ed worked for close to 30 years at Dominion Bridge. Some of his hobbies included fishing, playing cards and generally outdoor activities, such as walking. Our thanks go out to Home Care and Golden Links Personal Care Home. Prayers and celebration of Ed's life will be held on Monday, April 1, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. If friends so desire donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. We love you Dad, and your memories will be in our hearts forever. 204-586-8044
