  • A wonderful Aunt has gone to her eternal rest and is remembered with love. Through the years, I've always enjoyed visits to Aunty Lil and Uncle Rudy's place, and the many family get-togethers and picnic outings. As youngsters, Aunty would even let Gail and me pick and eat cucumbers from her garden. Those cucumbers were so good! I also remember Aunty Lil's kitchen cupboard "change" cup and it was such a thrill when she gave us each a nickel or dime to go to the store on our own and buy our own treat. I felt very grown up. In later years, her memory and mind were still sharp and on one visit she even helped to identify people in the Hildebrand photo album. Deepest sympathy from Dave and I. - Posted by: Linda Burry (nee Hildebrand) (Niece) on: Apr 07, 2013
