Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLISA DAWN HAMM (nee MARTENS) Lisa Dawn Hamm, 38, of Edmonton, Alberta, passed away at home surrounded by family on April 14, 2013, after a five month long battle with cancer. Lisa is survived by her husband Roger; parents Peter and Esther Martens; brother and sister-in-law Kevin and Maria Martens; sister and brother-in-law Kelly and Brad Penner; niece Meagan and husband Adam; and nephews Cole, Bryce, Aidan and Evan. There will be a celebration of her life in her hometown of Steinbach, Manitoba, at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2013, at Steinbach 55 Plus, 10 Chrysler Gate, Steinbach, Manitoba. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations for Lisa may be given to the Cross Cancer Institute of Edmonton.
