CATHERINE ELIZABETH (HIEBERT) BROWN 1918 - 2013 Passed away peacefully at Nipissing Manor on Friday, April 19, 2013. Born in Winnipeg, she graduated from the University of Manitoba (1938) and then became a physiotherapist in London, England during the Blitz, returning to Montreal to marry the late Edward C. Brown. They lived in Beloeil, QC for many years, then in Westmount, QC. At the age of 83 she decided to embark on a new adventure and moved to North Bay, ON where she has met many special people. She is survived by her children Ken (Francine), Shirley, both of Montreal and Peter (Linda) of North Bay, grandchildren Patrick (Tanu), Mathew (Minh), Emma, Morgan and great-grandchildren India, Quincy and Aakash. At her request there will be no funeral but she asks that we remember her by doing something good for a stranger. Her ashes will be interred in the family plot in Winnipeg.
