ERLINE PATRICIA BAUER January 23, 1954 - April 24, 2013 It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our beautiful mother, daughter, sister, auntie and friend Erline Bauer, in her home peacefully while sleeping. Erline was predeceased by her father Earl and mother Patricia. She leaves behind a daughter Amanda Schowalter (Aaron Schowalter), mom Beatrice Bauer, sister Carla McIntyre (Glenn McIntyre), nephews and nieces, Bryan McIntyre, Heather McIntyre, Andrew Slota and Brittney Mulvihill as well as aunts, uncles, many cousins and friends. Erline dedicated her life to helping the physically, emotionally and intellectually impaired live "normal" lives. She was always there to help anyone in need and offer support where she could. Erline was an avid reader, which was apparent to anyone that dared to challenge her to a game of Scrabble. She also was a great lover of animals and had been known to carry around pictures of her "GrandKitties". Erline will be sadly missed and leaves behind a legacy of love. We will love you for always! A special thank you goes out to the wonderful W.R.H.A. support workers that were very dear to Erline in the end. A celebration of Erline's life will be held at Unit 103 - 1630 Henderson Hwy. at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 28. In lieu of flowers, a donation to The Winnipeg Humane Society would be appreciated.
