Bill and I were good friends in the early days in Winnipeg. We had great times together and some I can't remember. Might have been the beer. We spent a lot of time together as friends. "Uncle Bill" was always there when needed, as a friend, "Uncle", and advisor. He was like a brother and could always be counted on for a particularly tough crossword puzzle answer! And what a great cook! He was the first person to feed "Baby Bob" his 1st solid food when he and Blake were still babies. There is not enough room to write everything "Uncle Bill" meant to us and we will miss him so very much! Condolences are heartfelt & given by all The Chartrand family.
