We know you didn't want to go but we also understand that your body could not fight anymore. You showed us what bravery and courage really mean and we are so proud of the fight you put up but know the cancer was just too strong. There are no words to describe how much we miss you Jay! You are with us every second of every day. Our lives will never be the same but we know you are at peace now in Heaven and we know we will be with you again one day. We love you and miss you so much Jay! Your spirit lives on in all of us. Love, Your Family and Friends
