Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLOREEN MACDOUGALL (nee STEWART) Loreen MacDougall, wife of Duncan, passed away on May 11, 2013 one month short of their 66th wedding anniversary. The family, Douglas, Frank, Roberta and Elizabeth with their loved ones were able to be at home to say their goodbyes. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one brother. Loreen graduated from St. Boniface School of Nursing in 1944 and worked in a number of hospitals in Manitoba and Saskatchewan as Duncan's employment made a number of moves. Loreen's mobility was the victim of MS. The family would like to thank the staff at Charleswood Care Centre for their kind attention to Loreen over the past five years and also the staff at the Grace Hospital for their compassion during the past two weeks. I feel honored to count myself as a friend to such a loving, kind person who always had a smile in spite of the hardships she endured for so long. We had some memorable times together with her and her family and I will remember them always.
