Bianca and her husband Jim were a great part of our lives in the seventies when we enjoyed their company and friendship in our Gourmet Club with mutual friends the Duperons. Jim usually planned the menus but we all shared in food preparation. Bianca was known for her wonderful Soufflé au Grand Marnier. We always invited a guest couple and the trick was to keep the total cost for 8 under $50.00. Jim was methodical in our bookkeeping. Bianca was always a charming hostess. My sincere sympathy is extended to the family wherever they are as I may not be able to attend the Service on Wednesday.
