Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • Vincent was a long-time friend of my husband and me, a childhood one of my husband Ed. He never forgot us, was always generous in every way. Will miss his visits to Winnipeg over the years. Even though he did not live here now, he will still be missed. - Posted by: shirley tyderkie (friend) on: Jun 01, 2013

  • Our hearts and prayers go out to the Mehmel family. - Posted by: Patricia Mehmel Craig (my father, Frederick A. Mehmel was Vincent's first cousin.) on: May 30, 2013

  • Uncle Vincent was such a generous-hearted man who went out of his way to include his Winnipeg relatives in his family life. He was a keen observer of life and had a wry sense of humour but his humanity always shone through his humorous quips. Among many other things, uncle Vincent's legacy will be his unwavering devotion to his family. He was a family man through and through. We will miss him dearly. Whenever I catch the whiff of cigar smoke I will think of him. - Posted by: Corinne Oxelgren (niece) on: May 28, 2013
