I did not know Esther and visited her as a volunteer with SWDPC. She must have been a very special lady. Even in her ill health and weakened state she was very polite, hospitable and gracious when I dropped in. I thought I came to comfort and keep her company and she ended up being concerned for my well being and expressed care for me. May your family be blessed and comforted by her legacy. - Posted by: Marlene Reimer (volunteer at Stonewall Hospital) on: Jun 10, 2013

My deepest sympathies to Esther's family. It was a pleasure working with her at Grey Goose and a pleasure to meet for lunch periodically since retiring from there. She was a lovely person and so sorry that she had to endure another bout of cancer. My thoughts and prayers are with each one during this very sad time. She was a wonderful lady and a great friend to my mom who passed away 3 years ago, Shirley Fowler. May they both find each other again and enjoy the friendship they once had ... - Posted by: Lorri McInnes () on: Jun 08, 2013
