• I believe Timothy's father is/was a cousin to my father, Hilmer Edstrom. I am very sorry to learn they have lost their son. Our families have lost touch over the years...my father died back in 1971, and although there are lots of Edstroms still living in the Dinsmore area, we have not heard word from your family for many years. I was on a search for another cousin's write up when I found this. Norman Edstrom, Eric & Signa Edstrom's oldest son passed away in Winnipeg on October 0, 2016. Their obits were posted one above the other so I checked it out. Our family wish to extend our sympathies to your family on your loss of your son, Tim. • I dated Tim in high school (St.James Collegiate), we went to grad together. I wore a peacock blue dress and he wore a white dinner jacket. I still have the picture somewhere. I remember when his parents had the Avenue Cafe across from school, Tim cooked dinner for me there once - steak and mushrooms - I didn't like mushrooms, but I ate them anyway. I remember when Kim was dating Rick Selby. So long ago, today Tim just popped into my head after years and years, so I googled him and found his obituary. It made me sad to realize he has been gone for three years and I didn't know. I hope wherever he is, he looks down on us all and smiles that great smile he had.
