PATRICIA DOREEN KUMKA (nee DOLENKA) December 19, 1933 June 5, 2013 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Pat. Left to cherish her memory are her four sons Terry, Chris, Steve (Janet) and Tom (Lorri), grandchildren Neil, Sean, Adam, Jordan, Evan and Emma and her close friend Peter Watts. She was predeceased by her husband Edward in 1990 and by her sisters Mildred and Betty. In accordance with her wishes there will be no service. Flowers are gratefully declined.
