Hi Lynn and Angie, I will never forget that day I went to work and our boss told me that Ron was missing, I have never been in a situation where I had to sit down before. I still talk about Ron so much, there are so many good stories to tell. My kids and wife know all about him and the great times we had at work and away from work. He was a very special person. My son and daughter are now 23 and 24 and are very close, they do everything together and even lived in the same apartment together for some time, I know that if one of them lost the other it would be almost insurmountable. I can't imagine what you are going through still Angie. And Lynn, I think of you often, as a parent the greatest loss I could have would be my children and every time I hear a siren I have to text them, so I cant even imagine what you have had to go through as well. I hope you have a lot of family support around and with each other. I really miss his humour and positive outlook on life. He would talk about the two of you daily. I just wish that I could see him pull up in my driveway for a visit out here in Halifax in his little red Fiero.
