  • What sad news! Mr. Muchin was my boss for ten years at Special Collections at the Elizabeth Dafoe Library at the University of Manitoba. He was a wonderful man, intelligent, cultured, and kind. I learned so much from him about history and his life. And what a complicated life it was -- surviving the Holodomor and World War II and post-war life. I wonder if he had written down his memoirs. Had been thinking about him this week -- was in Australia and spoke about him. Вічна йому пам'ять! - Posted by: Orysia Tracz (friend) on: Jun 19, 2013
