Condolences & Memories (7 entries)

  • I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Harris. I remember him as such a kind and gentle man always with a big smile and so helpful with whatever we needed when we came in to the Pharmacy. He was very good to my mom and dad through the years (Nick and Josie Wasyluk) and they also thought the world of him. The world has truly lost a very special man and we send our condolences out to Dorothy, Kevin, Cheryl, Arthur, and families. - Posted by: Skip and Sean Tracey, Ottawa, (Customer ) on: Jul 16, 2013

  • We will remember Art for his love of his family and friends. He touched us with his warmth and kindness when we would cross paths on trips to Winnipeg and Neepawa. "A special smile, a special face in our hearts, a special place, memories are a gift to treasure, Ours of you, will last forever" xo - Posted by: Jack and Velma Smith and family (niece's father in law) on: Jun 24, 2013

  • Our sympathies to Dorothy, Kevin, Arthur, Cheryl and your families. Although we haven't seen Art in a while, I'll always remember him as being a great friend to our whole family. I remember him always making people laugh with his endless jokes, both good and corny. What a smart, generous, friendly man. We'll miss him. - Posted by: David Burgess (Friend) on: Jun 24, 2013

  • I knew Mr. Harris as a community pharmacist through my work at the Manitoba Pharmaceutical Association. He was an award winning pharmacist for his community involvement and always put the health and safety of his patients first and foremost. I also knew Mr. Harris as a golfer and, although neither of us will be on tour, the enjoyment of the game always kept us coming back. Condolences to his family and trusted friends on behalf of the Manitoba Pharmaceutical Association, as well as my personal heartfelt thoughts. - Posted by: Ronald Guse, Registrar (Colleague) on: Jun 23, 2013

  • Uncle Art, though I only saw him a few times because we lived far away, was always someone who could put a smile on your face. Whenever you'd talk to him he always had a joke. Some a little cheesy, but still he had a wonderful sense of humour! I'll miss you Uncle Art! I love you - Posted by: Rebecca Harris (Great Niece) on: Jun 23, 2013

  • Sympathy to the family in the loss of Art. - Posted by: Lorraine Forestell (nee Wasyluk) (Customer) on: Jun 22, 2013

  • The memory of Art and all the love he showed others will keep him ever present in the hearts of all who ever knew him. I will never forget his smile, laugh, and silly jokes that he and Roy always seemed to have a everlasting amount of. He was indeed a wonderful brother-in-law and I shall miss hearing his voice on the phone from time to time. My sincere sympathies go out to his wife Dorothy, to the children and their families and praying God's comfort and peace be with his siblings and their families at this time of loss. "Come unto me,all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" Matthew 11:28 - Posted by: B. Dale Harris (sister-in-law) on: Jun 22, 2013
