Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDEREK (PAT) PETER LUCAS March 23, 1934 - June 14, 2013 It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of our Father on June 14, 2013 at the age of 79. He is survived by his beloved wife Marie of 56 years; children Randy (Eva), Derek (Brenda), Amanda (Carey), Vance (Andrea), Vince (Lori), and Lance; grandchildren, Sara, Brandyn, Brett, Ashtyn, Bryce, Linden, Christopher (Brianne), Cameron, Caitlin, Sherisse, little buddies Isis and Ava. He was predeceased by his mother, Annie, father, Harold, brother Harold and sister, Thelma. Surviving sisters, Dorothy, Hazel (Jack), Audrey (Ernie) and numerous nieces and nephews. Dad was a hard-working man who had made numerous accomplishments in his life, none more important than his family. Thanks for dedicating your life to us. Till we meet again. In compliance with Pat's wishes, there will be no Funeral Service.

Memories of papa: Hockey night in Canada ,Bingo, liquorice candy, coffee and pudding with cream... The real stuff. Simple they may seem, but special to a little boy. I just wanted to send my condolences to the whole family and share some memories I've had of Uncle Pat. I decided to leave it at that because this little box isn't near big enough to hold it all. my condolences to the family. many fond memories of hanging around the lucas home in Weston, eating fresh baked cinni buns then leaving for pat got home. going up to camper for hunting season.
