RICH WIESER September 12, 1968 - June 26, 2013 It is with great sadness and love, that we announce the passing of our beloved Rich, after a hard fought battle with cancer. Left to cherish Rich's memory are his wife Tasha; their two boys, Lochlan and Conrad; mother Kay; father Fred; sister Pam (Dwayne) (Travus and Courtney); Baba Frances Ewacha; mother-in-law Katie; as well as many aunts; uncles and extended family. He was dearly loved by all who knew him. Rich had a way of turning the most harmless comment into the most groan-worthy pun imaginable. This talent was at the same time impressive and exasperating. At least he was able to amuse himself. He lived his short life to the fullest. Rich worked hard and played harder. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, woodworking and camping. But, football was everything! His passion for the game is pretty much imprinted on everything; his truck, golf cart, clothes, and his friends. Rich started his life in Port Arthur, Ontario. This path then led him to Boeing Canada in Winnipeg, where he worked for 15 years. On Wednesday, July 3, 2013 Rich's Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. in Westwood Community Church, 401 Westwood Drive, Winnipeg, MB. A special thank-you to all who cared for Rich; Grace Cancer Care, Cartier Area Home Care nurses and the Regional Palliative nurses. As well, a special thank-you to all of Rich's "Brothers", Tony, Ian, Ray, Ben, Denis, Gordo, Bruce, and Ric, for taking care of him and his family. We will always and forever be so grateful. In lieu of flowers, you are invited to make a donation in memory of Rich to the charity of choice. • I am truly saddened to hear about Richard. I remember Richard, Todd and Brent when they were a young trio, getting into mischief. His boyish charm, infectious smile and award winning personality, he never out grew. I was thrilled to see he hadn't changed, when I last saw him at the Hammarskjold reunion several years back. That, I will keep with me forever. My sincere condolences to Richards family and friends. Sincerely, Heather Lynn - Posted by: Heather Lynn Pouru (Hinds) (brother , a friend of Richard) on: Jun 29, 2013
