We miss you so dearly and deeply. You are always in our thoughts and hearts. Trying to live our lives without you here is the absolute hardest part. Our only hope is that we will one day see you again and be with you forever. You have left behind such a beautiful legacy. Love you Marko and missing you always. We miss you Marko. There are no words to say how much. We had such great conversations around our family dinner tables with you. Always fascinating us with your intriguing knowledge of SO many things....you always stimulated our minds. I (Sharon) loved cooking for you...so extremely polite...you never failed to show your appreciation...so very considerate of others. Kind, generous, loving...that is you. I can't believe it’s been a year since that horrible night. How time has flown, and yet the year seems so long. I have to believe that you are at peace and in a better place than here. We miss your friendship, your smile, your laughter, your sci-fi guidance! We miss your voice, your silly jokes, your generous heart. We miss YOU Marko. You were taken from us too soon, and although life must go on, there will always be something missing in our lives. You’ve left a tremendous hole in our hearts.
