DIANE ADELE SLATER Following a courageous battle with cancer, Diane Slater passed away on July 5, 2013, at the Health Sciences Centre, at the age of 71 years. Diane will be missed by her three daughters Melody, Sherri, and Shelli, her six grandchildren, her sister Sandi, as well as many other family and friends. Diane and I went to school together in Minnedosa, MB. I remember one Saturday night when we were underage and we sneaked her grandparents car out from the garage and drove around town. We met Diane 18 years ago over a steak dinner when she was first dating Don Slater SR. She was vibrant, brilliant and wanted nothing more but to be a family. Amy and Sara adored her and we will miss her.
