KENNETH DAVID KLEIN Passed away in Oshawa on July 8, 2013 at the age of 82. He graduated from University of Saskatchewan Law School in 1955 and practiced Law in Winnipeg until 1991 when he moved to Toronto and continued until 1995 when he and his wife Charlene retired to spend their winters in Texas. Survived by his wife and numerous nieces and nephews. In remembrance of Ken donations to his passion of education for poor children through Free the Children, 233 Carlton St., Toronto, ON M5A 2L2 would be gratefully appreciated.

  • I met Ken at Hearth Place last fall. I was finishing up my chemo when I joined a class there. I sat beside him every week and he was just so sweet. I am 40 (he thought I was younger) but he was so happy to hear that I had 2 children at home - that cancer didn't rob me from having any. I was sorry to read of his passing.
