GREGOIRE (GREG) RAYMOND DUCHARME It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Greg on Monday, July 8, 2013 at the Grace Hospital at the age of 48 years. Greg is survived by his father Eugene; sister Rachel (Jonathan) Trakys; brother Henri (Alli) Ducharme; nieces Ashley, Kimberly, Rebecca; nephews Derek, Austin, Carter; as well as numerous relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Julie; grandparents Elie and Lea, Duncan and Caroline; and several aunts and uncles. Funeral Liturgy will be Celebrated on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church, 271 Hampton Street, with Rev. Fr. Ceas Chmiel, presiding. Entombment will follow in Queen of Heaven Mausoleum in Assumption Roman Catholic Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
