Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHLEEN (KAYE) EMBERLEY (nee THORNE) (1920 2013) Passed away at Grace Hospital June 28, 2013. Loving remembered and survived by her daughter Barbara, son Brian (Kim) and her sister Dorothy Easy of Keremeos, BC. Predeceased by her husband Kenneth, son Craig and brother-in-law Al Easy. Kaye was born in Manitoba and educated in Saskatchewan. Served with the RCAF (WB) in Canada and overseas during the Second World War. Married and made Winnipeg her home. Mom loved to play bridge and whist and travel with her daughter. She spent her summers at the cottage in Ponemah Beach where she gardened and entertained friends. At Kaye's request, cremation has taken place and a private family interment at Chapel Lawn.
