I was just checking so I could write my Christmas cards, and was sorry to find this. My Husband and I reconnected with Joyce & Don some years ago, and we did not see each other much, but enjoyed being with them whenever we did. My sympathy, although late, goes to her family. - Posted by: shirley tyderkie ('cousin' Our grandfathers were brothers. ) on: Dec 12, 2014

I will always remember the warmth and happiness that enveloped us every time our families got together. Whether it was at Laclu, Caddy lake or Christmas, I always felt as close to Don and Joyce as any of our natural family. My heart goes out to Murray and Ken, the four are together again carrying on as only close friends can. - Posted by: Bruce Hosegood (Don and Joyce were my parents best friends, and as young children we naturaly called them aunt and u) on: Jul 24, 2013

Auntie Joyce you were the kindest soul.... you were the "Matriarch". Thank you for keeping memories and family tradition alive. Your support for your family was unwavering, your love never ending. We will miss your girlish giggle, your sense of humour and the tales and stories of days gone by. Our hearts are warmed knowing you will once again be together with Uncle Don, Bob and Pat.... they'll be waiting with open arms. Murray, Ken and families our thoughts are with you at this difficult time...Forever in your hearts and memories she will stay. With love.....Family <3 - Posted by: Jim, Shelly, Alex and Zac Easton (Nephew) on: Jul 24, 2013
