Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryESTHER MARY BOUKOURIS Esther Mary Boukouris, born April 16, 1944 in Swan River, passed away on July 20, 2013 in Winnipeg. Today we are faced with a deep sorrow from the loss of a loving and devoted wife and mother. Her love and determination will always be remembered by those she loved. She was a goal-oriented and hard working woman obtaining many successes in her entrepreneur ventures in the real estate business. Even more outstanding was her love for animals in particular her greatest passion, her love for cats whom she lovingly advocated for and rescued throughout the years. She touched the lives of many through her generosity and giving heart, which will be greatly missed and appreciated by all. Forever in our hearts. She will be greatly missed by her devoted husband John, loving son Darren (Evelin), her brother Einer (Joe), sister Betty (Alex) and two nieces and nephews, along with great-nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Chapel Lawn, 4000 Portage Avenue. Our deepest condolences, John, on the loss of your dear wife. We only saw Esther once a year at the Christmas office parties but she was always very warm, friendly and sociable with all of us and we certainly enjoyed her company. It's very sad that you have lost your partner at such a young age. God's blessings on you and your family, John, our thoughts and prayers are with you.
