Graham was always a smiling and pleasant professional at Birchwood. I was deeply saddened when J went I for a car issue today and learned of Graham's passing! He was always the man I sought out when I went in for any car issue and he always resolved it professionally and to my satisfaction! His accent, smile and friendliness were second to none!
