Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTIMOTHY EDWARD DUBOIS September 6, 1948- July 28, 2013 It is with great sorrow the family announces the sudden passing of our dearly beloved brother, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin and best-friend Tim. Born and raised in Winnipeg, Tim moved to Thompson where he was employed at Inco for 33 years. During this time he earned his papers as a Diesel Mechanic an accomplishment he and everyone who loved him was very proud of. Tim retired to the town of McCauley, Manitoba where he lived for the last 13 years enjoying the company of his many good friends and neighbours. Tim was proficient in carpentry and loved to build. He was always there to lend a hand to all his friends and family. Tim enjoyed time on the computer, numerous visits to see his sister Fran in Winnipeg and visit with his friends. He was happy to drive in to see his sister Darlene and her family when they came in from the Maritimes. He also took pleasure in the times his brother Darryl visited him in McCauley. He enjoyed travel and had fond memories of his trip to Mexico with his nephew Tim. Some of Tim's other interests were fishing and golfing. Tim was predeceased by his daughter; Chantel, parents; Hazel and Tom, sisters; Ruby and Jacqueline and most recently his cousin Keith Gable as well as his faithful, furry friend Max. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter; Mary- Lou (Dale), grandchildren; Andrew and Amilee, brother; Darryl Dubois (Marilyn), sisters; Darlene Brygider (Bob) and Fran Chubak (Orrie). He will also be missed by his numerous nieces and nephews and many close and caring friends including his life-long friend; Norm Jones. Death leaves a heartache that no one can heal. Love leaves a memory that no one can steal. Tim is forever treasured in our hearts. A celebration of his life will be held in Thompson at a later date.

So sorry to hear of Tim's sudden passing. I always called Tim as Mr. Tim as a child & teen growing up with his daughter Mary-Lou who was my best friend for many years in our childhood days. Tim always made us laugh & laughed with us over the silly things us girls did back then. Memorable moments when the three of us took the bus to The Pas one time to get his new car. And when he took us to movies. All the fun we had as children he was a positive parent to his girls. I have always thought of Tim as a dad. He will be missed but never forgotten. R.I.P. Mr. Tim xoxo - Posted by: Bonnie Paley-Chartrand (Friend to daughter Mary-Lou) on: Aug 28, 2013

Tim was a buddy with my Uncle Elmer, I went on many fishing trips with them as a little girl. He had stopped by on his way home from visiting his daughter Marylou just three weeks earlier. Marylou, you gave your Dad alot of happy times. He always talked of you proudly. So sorry to hear of his passing .. Rest in peace my dear friend. - Posted by: Vi Bell (Longtime friend ) on: Aug 13, 2013

I am terribly sorry to hear of Tim's passing. I know my dad will forever miss him. I hear so many funny stories of Tim including the time my dad dried out the turkey when I had my daughter and Tim was over for thanksgiving in 1988. To Tim's family, God Bless and my thoughts are with you at this time. - Posted by: Dana Westerson (daughter of Norm Jones) on: Aug 10, 2013
