MARJORIE MARY BIRCH Born on December 12, 1934, the eldest to John and Ann Zaremba, Marjorie (Mary) Birch passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 11, 2013. Marjorie is survived by her three children, Wayne Birch (Pia) of Phoenix, Arizona; Gary Birch (Michelle) of Vancouver, BC and Audrey-Anne McIvor (Geoff) of Winnipeg. Marjorie is also survived by two brothers, Stanley Zaremba (Lois) of Lawrence, Kansas and John Zaremba (Sherry) of Calgary, AB. Left to miss her apple crisps and excellent cabbage rolls are nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Marjorie loved visiting with her many friends and relatives in Regina and found great comfort in St. George Orthodox Church there. A Funeral Service was held on August 16 at St. George Orthodox Cathedral in Regina. The family is grateful for the kind and compassionate care given by the Elmview Extendicare in Regina. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Winnipeg or Regina Humane Society.
