Condolences & Memories (15 entries)

  • I grew up in Marymound. He was my key worker. He took me away from pain and anger he calmed me down when i needed to be calmed down. He cared. The biggest most soft hearted man I have ever known. I knew he became a RCMP officer and I was super proud of him. He played basketball with me competing half the time. Turned me to body building. Spoiled me rotten. He would buy me McDonalds all the time IF I was well behaved. He showed me that someone did care about me. He spent many many days and nights talking to me and trying to lead me in the right direction. I am happy you saved my life I am super sad you had taken. Your own. Thank you for every thing and I MEAN EVERYTHING. You have done for me. I hope your spirit hears me. Hugs to his wife and step daughter. He was a great man. One of the best. May you rest peacefully. - Posted by: Andrea Lake (He was my Dad I never had ) on: May 27, 2017

  • I just heard today of Adrian's passing. He and I were like brothers back in the day. On and off the basketball court we were partners in crime. Even though I have not seen him in many years, I am very saddened about his death. - Posted by: Dave Purpur (Friend) on: Dec 17, 2013

  • I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your husband. Adrian was one of my closest friends in high school. Adrian and i had a passion for basketball that kept us for many hours on the court. He was always kind and very giving. He taught me how to shoot above the 6 foot guys and never get stuff without drawing a foul. I could always depend on him for a place to hang out and an ear to listen. (Murdoch Mackay School) May God rest your soul. - Posted by: Paul Roberts (High School Basketball Team Mate from GR. 10-12) on: Aug 27, 2013

  • Adrian was one of a kind. We had the pleasure of spending numerous occasions together. Moments at the lake were never dull and he naturally attracted people just by his outgoing personality and most fun sense of humour. I remember Adrian by himself picked up the backend of my sister's car and placed it on the boulevard as a joke and I think she received a ticket for illegal parking. We loved and cared for Adrian for who he was and how he reached out when others were in need. We will miss him beyond words.. - Posted by: gary and sheri ostrowski (Friends) on: Aug 25, 2013

  • We were so very proud of Adrian, our one nephew with the RCMP. Such a "big giant" of a guy, but loved by everyone that he came in contact with. His mother, Mary, just glowed with pride whenever she spoke of Adrian. Loved by all, will be missed by all. Rest in Peace, God Bless. - Posted by: Metro & Margaret Yanciw/ Surrey, B.C.
