Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryREIKO KOIZUMI July 30, 1934 August 20, 2013 On August 20, 2013, at the age of 79, Reiko peacefully passed away after a short, hard-fought battle with cancer. Reiko will be dearly missed by her husband of 52 years, Bob; son Robert (Michelle); granddaughter Keiko; grandson Kiyoshi; brothers Ken (Nancy) Nishibata, Mori (Tineke) Nishibata and Terry Nishibata; sisters Emi (Riichi) Koizumi, Itoko Nishibata and Suzue Nishibata; brother-in-law Ted Koizumi; as well as numerous friends and relatives. Reiko was predeceased by her father Yasojiro Nishibata and mother Suye Nishibata. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 30, 2013, at 10:30 a.m., at St. David's United Church, 4614 - 48 Street, Leduc, AB. The family wishes to extend its sincere appreciation to the staff of the Cross Cancer Institute and Leduc Community Hospital, who provided Reiko with the utmost care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation (albertacancer.ca), 710 - 10123 99 Street, Edmonton, AB, T5J 3H1.

We couldn't have asked for a more loving and caring Aunty. I feel so blessed that she was a part of my life, my family's life and enriched it in so many ways that only love can do.
