• Garrett and I would like to thank Ruth's close friends: Bev & Dave, Rose & Sharon, Donna for their support. She was very lucky to have such good friends. • Jack & I have known Ruth since the 50's and I worked with her in Eatons in 59 and on. We have kept up our correspondence over the years and visited whenever we were in wpg. She was a "classy lady" - who always had a warm hug and smile for us at each visit. • I met Ruth who was going to be part of our family more than 13 yrs ago. She was a very happy and vibrant woman and I loved her outgoing personality and say it as it is attitude. She was kind and I always enjoyed her company and wine drinking together at family occasions. She will always hold a special place in my heart for she was a great listener and became a great friend - she had held my hand through a difficult moment in my life a few years back and it was sad for me to say my good byes to her Saturday night - now holding her hand wishing things could be different. To Ruth who I will always remember and hold dear in my heart and I am sure one day she will send us all a sign that her new life in heaven is now where she needs to be and she is happy I am sure we will see her in the paintings of the sky and all its colors - she will always look over us and smile to us and bet even toast us on special occasion with a glass of wine. To Ruth I will miss but never forget. To her Best Friend Bev - my Sister Leola and Garrett and many more friends and family - my heart breaks for you all for losing her in your lives.
