Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN (JACK) PHILIP BOOTH March 5, 1947 - August 11, 2013 Peacefully with his family and friends, at the South Health Campus in Calgary, Alberta on Sunday, August 11, 2013, John "Jack" Philip Booth passed away after a battle with Cancer at the age of 66 years. He leaves to mourn his passing two children, John and Sara; one grandchild, Dane; his sister, Linda and her husband Mitchell Swaite; and numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. John was predeceased by his mother, Angela "Nellie" Booth (nee Filips), and his father John "Jack" Booth. In accordance with John's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. A private burial will be held in Ninette, Manitoba. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Association or to a charity of choice.
