FRANK ARTHUR RIDDELL February 16, 1953 - August 27, 2013 Peacefully at his home in Winnipeg. Son of the late Arthur and Marguerite Riddell of Winnipeg, Frank is survived by his loving sisters, Bunny (Wes Pratt) of Nanoose Bay, BC and Carol Ann (Les) Trabert of Kettleby, ON. Remembered fondly by family - Justin George; Susan (Dave) Lyons and Eze McKay; Jennifer Trabert (Lin Sallay), Hudson and Grayson; Katie (Anthony) D'Elia, David and Matthew - all in the Toronto area. Frank's passion was Canadian Taxpayers Federation, and he was one of the first fundraisers in Manitoba, over 20 years ago. Donations in his name can be made to www.taxpayer.com, the CTF website. A Memorial Service is at 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 13 at St. Luke's Anglican Church, Winnipeg with Bardal Funeral Home handling arrangements.
