Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVICKI LEE WESTCOTT (nee MOSCARELLA) May 4, 1950 - September 1, 2013 Quietly after several years of health issues, this wonderful friend has passed. Many people in Winnipeg will remember her as a gentle soul with a fun personality and her always sunny disposition. She had been living in Vancouver for many years, but a big part of her heart was always here in the old "Peg". She is survived by her husband John and her two daughters, Rylee and Lyndsay, she will also be missed by her siblings Gordon and Lynda who comforted her in her final days. Rest in peace Vic, you deserve it. One of her favourite songs by Trooper... "We're here for a good time, not a long time, so have a good time the sun can't shine everyday."
