ALLAN JOSEPH ZEVENA 1943 - 2013 On August 28, 2013, Allan passed away suddenly and peacefully in his home at age 69. He will be forever remembered by his three children Kyle (Tara), Kerri (Mike), and Dave (Heather), his grandchildren Kaden, Dayne, Hanna, Aidan, and Macy and his ex-wife, Linda. Allan will also be missed by his close friend Sarah Scott and her family. He was born and raised in Winnipeg Beach, MB and moved to Winnipeg 50 years ago, residing there until his passing. He was always very proud of his children and their many accomplishments over the years. Facing many health challenges over the past number of years, family always remained very important to him and he enjoyed the time he was able to spend with them. Allan was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Mae Zevena and his younger brother Glenn. Surviving him are his four sisters Gladys (Leonard), Phyllis (Ernie), Marlene (David) and Charmaine (Martin). The family wishes to thank the rehab centre as well as the many home care workers for their support in the recent years. A memorial service and interment will be held in Winnipeg Beach at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
