VIRGINIA KAHLIAN (nee SOLARCHUK) 1935 - 2013 Suddenly on September 19, 2013, Virginia passed away with her family by her side. Virginia was a gentle soul with a kind heart. She loved attending and hearing about the activities of her children and grandchildren. She attended all football games that both Darrell and Rock played in. She was an avid Bomber fan and never liked to miss a Bomber game. She loved to laugh and joke with all that knew her. She enjoyed going to the senior centre known as Bleak House and talking and playing bingo with friends. We will also remember fondly, her love of reading and watching old movies. She was lucky to have done some travelling over her lifetime and spent many holidays in Mexico, Florida and Phoenix. She is predeceased by her husband Roy Kahlian, her mother, father and sister. She leaves to mourn, her son Darrell Kahlian, (Brenda), her daughter Nadine Parsley (Terry), her granddaughter Jessica Kahlian and grandson Rock (Darrell) Kahlian who all loved her very much, also many relatives and friends. Ma/Gran always loved plants, especially geraniums - plant one in her memory. She believed that there was life after this one. Love you ma/gran see you in the next life. As were her wishes there will be no service. Cremation has taken place and interment will be at a later date.
