Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVANDA JUNGELEVICIUS October 6, 1918 - September 25, 2013 At long last Vanda will be eternally reunited with her husband Peter who left this world in 1982. Vanda was born in Onuskis, Lithuania to parents Ignas and Juzefa, but she lived the majority of her life in Winnipeg, Canada. Vanda was proudly independent, loved her Patsy Cline and she had a terrific sense of humour. Vanda leaves us just short of her 95th birthday having lived a long and full life. Thank you to the staff of Lions Personal Care Centre who have provided a comfortable and kind place for Vanda's last years. A service in memory of Vanda and her husband Peter will take place 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 3 at Holy Ghost Family Parish, 341 Selkirk Avenue. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery. My aunt Vanda was truly a wonderful person. This news of her passing saddened us greatly. All her relatives back here in Lithuania are immensly grateful to her for her emotional and financial support during very diffucult years. We will always remember her in our hearts. Please convey our deepest gratitude to all those who cared for Vanda during the last years of her life.
