• When I returned home from your memorial service- my heart filled with sadness--I looked out our kitchen window ---there I saw a beautiful tree, its leaves a glorious golden colour--as though it was shimmering as the sunlight filtered through---I smiled and decided at that moment I will call this tree: PHILIP'S TREE! A few moments ago I looked at your tree Philip---it stands glorious-- 2 years since that day --that moment--I find comfort & solace now. I know you are with our Lord and you walk with HIM through fields of gold. I miss you dear friend Till we meet again Love never ends Love eternal. • August 26, 2014. A year ago we sat and enjoyed a cup of coffee at a table beside Duck Pond at the beautiful Assiniboine Park. I treasure the memory of that day close in my heart.
