BRUCE WILLIAM MACPHERSON Passed away suddenly in Ottawa on Monday, September 30, 2013 at the age of 64. Bruce was the beloved husband of Jeanne (Hood) for 37 years. He was predeceased by his parents Elmer and Lillian, and by his brothers David and Reid. He leaves behind his children Lesley (Daniel) and Brian, and grandchildren Isabella and Sophia. He is also survived by his brother Ellis (Debbie), sisters-in-law Dianna and Connie and by his nieces and nephews Mark, Suzanne, Heather, Jamie, Angela, Chris and Markita. Also fondly remembered by Jeanne's family Don, Doreen and children. Bruce was employed as an electrician at CN for 28 years, retiring in 2008. At Bruce's request, a private family service will take place in Nova Scotia at a later date.

Bruce, being my favourite Brother-in-Law, always was there as my protector at the Hockey Games in Windsor, NS, when Reid would over tip the bottle and when he worked on the Gypsum Boats he would always leave his car for me and my 2 children to use. He certainly didn't deserve what he went through, but then who said life was fair. He is now at peace which is all he wanted.
