Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRAYMOND RONDEAU October 9, 1930 - October 11, 2013 Peacefully surrounded by his family at the Notre Dame Foyer, Raymond passed away at the age of 83 years. He leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Edith (née Payette), five children, Denis (Nicole), Yolande (Michael) McCannell, Gilles (Janine), Richard Rondeau and Annette (Daniel) Dion, 12 grandchildren, Nicholas (Jessica), Joshua, Jonathan, Devon (Jordy), Pamela (Benjamin), Adam (Breanna), Miguel (Jenna), Milaine (Cameron), Matthew, Michael, Natasha (Kevin), Brigitte and one great-grandchild Liam. He also leaves to mourn his sisters Roma (Henri) Lesage and Alice Lesage, sister-in-law Lorraine Rondeau and numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, relatives and friends. Raymond was predeceased by his parents Leon and Aline (nee Labossiere), brothers and sisters, Marie, Henri, Adelard, Irène, Berthe, Roméo and Simone. Prayers will be held at Adam's Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the St. Leon Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, October 16, 2013. Recitation of the Rosary and eulogy at 1:30, Funeral Mass at 2:00 p.m. followed by family interment in the Parish Cemetery with Father Gabriel Levesque officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Notre Dame Health Foundation or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. To the Rondeau family. We were very saddened to hear of the passing of a truly wonderful man. I have very fond memories of meeting Raymond when I worked in St Leon as a young adult. He would always, always take the time to talk to me and it was always with with a big smile across his face, laughing and joking with me. I have always admired that in him. No matter how busy he was he would always take a minute to go out of his way, to talk with me. I never forgot that. To the Rondeau family, I am saddened to hear of the passing of a dear husband, father and grandfather. I have been away and just got home and will not be able to attend the funeral.
