  • My wife, Kathy, and I wish to express our sympathy to Jack's family at his passing. Jack and I worked together for many years both when he was a Regional Vice-President of the USGE for Manitoba Corrections and when he came on the staff at the National Office of the USGE full time so we could better utilize his many talents. In his travels on behalf of the USGE, he gained the respect and friendship of both members and management representatives.
