PAMELA JOAN WESTWOOD November 23, 1927 - October 28, 2013 Pam passed away peacefully leaving to mourn her loving husband John, son, Richard (Enid), daughter Sandra Vieville (Eugene), granddaughter Alana, grandson Curtis, and sister Eileen Hayes. Pam was born in 1927 in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, England and immigrated with her husband to Canada in 1951. Pam will be remembered as a wonderful wife and mother who taught her family the meaning of honesty and loyalty. Pam was an avid artist in oils and produced many paintings during her life time, many of which she gave to friends and family. Pam was a member of the St. Agnes Guild and worked in the gift shop at Children's Hospital in Winnipeg and crafted merchandise for the gift shop. She also worked with the Guild book market group collecting and selling books to raise funds for the hospital. Later Pam was a long-time volunteer at the gift shop of the Riverview Health Centre in Winnipeg. Anyone wishing to donate in her name can do so to the Arthritis Association, Heart and Stroke Association or the charity of your choice. The family would like to thank all the staff at CD1 Riverview Health Centre for the tender, loving care she received during her stay. The family would also like to thank Pam's friends for their support and kindness. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held for her family and friends in the future.
